  • Harworth Estates

    Aire Valley Land LLP, is a joint venture between Evans Property Group and Harworth Group plc., who own Temple Green, a 165 acre site at the heart of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone. Temple Green has consent for 2.64m square feet of B2 and B8 use and the partners have been working with Leeds City Council, the Leeds City Region LEP and DCLG, to unlock this former open cast colliery site. The total potential investment for Phases 1 to 4 at Temple Green is £96m with the first £9m of infrastructure and ground works having been completed in summer 2016.

    Since 2010 Evans has been in partnership with the University delivering innovative solutions to student accommodation provision on the Heslington East campus. The joint venture now owns, operates and manages over 1,800 high quality residences throughout three campus developments. A doctor’s surgery and retail parade are now planned to be developed by Evans on University land to complement the on-campus accommodation.

    Dakota Hotels, owned by Evans Property Group is a lifestyle hotel brand providing hospitality and restaurant services in four boutique hotels based in South Queensferry near Edinburgh Airport, Motherwell near Glasgow and its brand new city centre Dakota Deluxe in Glasgow. Scottish hotelier Ken McCulloch founded Malmaison in 1994 and is now working with the Evans Property Group to create the brand’s new city centre hotels, Dakota Deluxe, currently under construction in Leeds, with expansion plans underway for elsewhere in the UK.
