Iain qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988 before joining Whitecroft plc where he gained over 10 years experience in commercial and residential property development.

He joined Evans Property Group as Development Director in September 2004 and has extensive knowledge in the management of development projects gained during his time at Morrison Developments, Redrow Commercial Developments and latterly as Development Director at AWG Developments (part of AWG plc).

Iain is responsible for the Company’s development programme together with initiating new developments which will create income-generating investments for the portfolio.
