Whether the project is the construction of Rotherham’s new civic offices which will kick start the Town Centre Renaissance, or a working partnership with some of the main landowners in the Aire Valley Leeds regeneration, these partnerships aim to make significant contributions to councils’ long terms aspirations to provide new districts for their city, integrated and sustainable, providing work, leisure and homes.
