Synapse Learning has successfully leased space at Capitol House on Russell Street in Leeds city centre. The deal was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle, acting on behalf of Evans Abstract Limited, and involves Synapse opening its first Yorkshire office in a 7,104 sq ft space on a five-year lease.
